


Back by popular demand, we will be hosting the consignment store on Saturday, 5/3, from 9a-noon. This is a chance to purge your gaming collection to make room for those new games and maybe give some of your favorites a new home.
Do you take your chance and wait till another wave to get a game OR buy as soon as you see it? <– The choice will be yours!
All participants, whether you are selling/buying, must have a BGF Badge.
HOW DOES IT WORK
There will be 3 waves of shopping. Each will the games still available will have a set price, with the prices (ideally) decreasing in each wave.
- Wave 1: 9:00a – 9:45a
- Wave 2: 10:00a – 10:45a
- Wave 3: 11:00a – 11:45a
To ensure we have time between waves to reset, we will be shutting the doors and not allowing any more shoppers in 10 minutes before closing so that we can clear our queue.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR A GAME
We will accept CASH or CREDIT only.
WHO CAN SELL GAMES?
Sellers must have a Consignment Seller Ticket
Once you have registered for your ticket, we will provide sellers with a Seller ID and instructions on what we require for the selling process.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO SELL
$2 / Master Sheet (each sheet can hold 20 game titles)
10% fee for all sold items
$0.25 fee per unsold item
This will be settled out of the final payment given to the sellers.
WHEN DO SELLERS DROP OFF THEIR GAMES
FRIDAY 5/2 9p-11p: Sellers will report to TAFT C with their games fully prepped for sale.
– if you have a SATURDAY ONLY badge, you will be allowed on site Friday to deliver your games.
WHEN DO SELLERS GET THEIR GAMES
Sellers will be advised on FRIDAY at drop off when their return time will be on SATURDAY.
Sellers will return during those waves to settle up any unsold games.
WHAT ABOUT PAYMENTS TO SELLERS
There are two options available to sellers for their payout:
Option 1 – Paypal – Payout on-site (immediate)
This is the only form of electronic payment we currently have the ability to do. If you are able to accept payment via PayPal, we will be able to issue your final payment for sold games on-site during your game pick-up.
Option 2 – Check Payment – Checks will be mailed 5/8 (delayed)
If you are not able to accept payment via PayPal, we will issue you a check to be mailed on May 8th
-You must provide us with a self-addressed stamped envelope with your game drop off at Check-in Friday, 5/2.
